What better way to celebrate than with fireworks. Below is a small sample of videos that I found to honor the day. They are all courtesy of YouTube, so feel free
to click away in mixed company. I'll be back later in the morning to throw some commentary beside each link.
Nice Shot(s) -- U.S. Marines doing what they do best: Kicking Ass. Nice background music from Filter and I would
definitely agree with the title. "Hey Man, Nice Shot."
Air Force / Marine Compilation -- I'm not going to use any of those terms like, "Shock and Awe" or "Thunder and Lightening". Those
are so overplayed. To me, it's all an ass kicking anyway.
Superior Slideshow -- A slide show of the "Greatest Military In The World", this little piece brings together some of the best images
from the best (worst) places. Fantastic photography, killer musical score.
Thunderbirds Video -- Ahhhhh, the pride and joy of the United States Air Force. I grew up watching both the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels perform at various
air shows. I have no preference of the two, especially considering that I can't even dream of pulling off some of these
maneuvers. Talent. Pure talent.
Marines Kicking Ass In Fallujah -- Did I mention that Marines kick ass? Here they are
tussling in the town of Fallujah. I'm guessing that after shooting that many rounds with your rifle, you are very damn glad that the tanks
roll in and mop up. Gotta love armor.
Wasting Insurgents Compilation -- At this point in warfare, I think this may be the new meaning of "Death From Above". Some of our guys need to improve their aim, but then again, when the shells are that big, you don't have to
be exact.
Damn Good Body Armor -- So..... when they do all this praising, and the guy gets back up, does that mean their god has forsaken them?
Long Range Ass Busting -- I'm not exactly sure what they are shooting here. I've read goats and i've read snipers. Either way, it's damn good shooting.
Today's Feature is xoxo Leah. She's a hot little thang who believes in peroxide and make-up, but you can't hold that against her. Her body is smokin', so I imagine there a lot
of other things you'd prefer to hold against her.
Hope you enjoy the videos. In this day and age, I thought it the appropriate way to kick off the holiday. Regardless of your political beliefs, you have to support our boys in the trenches. Day in and day out, they are the ones
doing their jobs regardless of the cost. Hate the Boss, not the worker.
